What's Learfield InterAction?

  • We create new media content to help our clients communicate better with the people who are most important to them. First, we learn what our clients really care about. Next, we find out who needs to know that information. Finally, we engage those important people by creating content they want to receive.

Stop Hiding Your Sales-iness!

When you're trying to sell something to someone, they know it. You can't hide it, and it's silly to try. So just tell them. If you're not trying to sell them a pile of crap -- if you really believe in what you're selling them -- then there's no reason to be ashamed. For example, here's how you should pitch your product or service. Jim Durbin at Durbin Media Group is upfront about the fact that he wants to sell you something. And because of that, he's believable. He also happens to be right. And yes, he's selling some of the same expertise that Learfield InterAction is selling. But his attitude just brought out the altruistic blogger in me, so I've decided to link to it anyway, because it's useful information. There are enough people looking for help with their online marketing/communications strategy to go around, after all.

And yeah, I'm trying to sell you something, too. There, I said it.

Thank you, David. We appreciate the link. Learfield is an interesting company - and our meeting with Sam last week was good. We should chat offline. -Jim
