Blog baby on the doorstep
The pressure from failing to post to this blog is starting to get to me. And I'm growing weary of these mea culpa entries every few months. And yet, I can't bring myself to turn off the respirator. The Missourinet should have a blog, dog-gonnit. Our sister networks in Wisconsin and Iowa both have very credible blogs. And our ag network has been using their blog to feature affiliate radios stations. A great idea, IMO.
Nobody in the Missourinet newsroom is ready to blog yet. And might never be. So we're...searching for a direction. If you have any ideas, we'd love to hear them. Use the comment link below.
Anything we do here should probably have a Missouri angle. Perhaps we could feature Missouri blogs. It's not like they need the publicity. In this New Medai Age, the best blogs will have more readers than we do. But, still, it might be fun to take a look at them here. Maybe with an audio interview?
If you'd like to submit a blog (or just an interesting website), we'll take a look. And if we can't come up with something, we're gonna pin a note on this baby and leave it on the doorstep of a good home.

Steve, I'm glad to see someone at MissouriNet is blogging again. I'd like to suggest my Missouri-based blog as one for you to feature. AEC St. Louis focuses on the regional architecture, engineering and construction industry. I've just returned from vacation so I haven't blogged much this month, but I usually post a couple of times a week. Thanks for taking a look at it!
