Bracketing McCain and March Madness

A wonderful e-mail showed up this morning ... an e-mail from the McCain for President folks. Unlike most political e-mails which tout the latest achievements of the candidates (which we welcome, of course), this one invites those receiving the campaign e-mails to have fun with March Madness by picking McCain Basketball Brackets.

Basically, you are playing against Senator McCain, who will make his picks in the coming days, with points awarded on an ascending scale for winners picked in each round as the tournament moves toward the Final Four.

If one of your picks is eliminated ... no problem ... You are able to modify your choices as the tournament moves along.  Prizes include a McCain 2008 Fleece, a McCain 2008 Hat, and a McCain 2008 Lapel Pin. Keep in mind, however, that you are likely to get future e-mails asking for contributions.

The most important thing to remember is that you must make your picks before the tournament begins on Thursday.

I've made my picks ... make yours. By the way ... there is no wagering ... so it's perfectly legal!
