Vote for my Grandpa!
Sometimes we forget that politicians have families. In fact, without the support of the family, a politician wouldn’t get very far. During my time at the 37th Annual Democrat Days in Hannibal I happened upon this sign, written by the grandchildren of Rep. Paul Quinn (D-Monroe City) who hosted a suite during the event.
My interview with the artists, Grace, Hannah and Emma Deien, didn’t go as well as planned. It seems they are a bit more shy around a microphone than they are in general.
