Governor Matt Blunt will deliver the annual State of the State address on Wednesday, January 11, 2006, at 7 p.m. Blunt will discuss Missouri’s accomplishments over the past year, his legislative goals for the 93rd General Assembly, 2nd Regular Session and the Fiscal Year 2007 budget he will submit to the Missouri General Assembly.
